Complete List of Default Windows Computer Shortcut Keys

To operate a computer, of course, by knowing the default computer shortcut, it will be very useful to be able to access menus and functions on the computer quickly. It is also of course not a "secret" or something new and strange to you computer users. While its use will be very different for each program on your computer. But referring to the title discussed, I will share a little about its general functions based on what I know. 
To the point:

List of Default Computer Shortcuts with Keyboard in Windows 

One Button Computer Shortcut 

  • F1 is a general function for Help. 
  • F2 can be used to rename files, point and click the cursor on the file and rename it F2. It can also be used to enter input in MS Excel and enter the input address URL in the Opera browser. 
  • F3 functions to search for files, Find or Search. 
  • F4 functions to browse the directory/path in explorer. 
  • F5 to refresh or reload the browser. Ctrl + F5 Refresh Extra browser, meaning completely refresh like it's the first time visiting the page. 
  • F6 functions like Tab, useful for moving the active cursor to each division of windows. 
  • F7 can be used to check spelling and grammar on MsWord, Capture in Corel Capture 
  • F8 to block selection in Ms Office functions like dragging with the mouse. 
  • F9 & F10 can be used to minimize and maximize windows in Ms Office (hold Control), or F10 itself functions like ALT which requires advanced keys to be letter keys. Example F10 + F (File Menu) 
  • F11 for slideshow on picture preview 
  • F12 for Save as in Ms Office. 
  • Tab to move the active cursor to each division of windows. 
  • Windows Logo (START) for start and Image menu + cursor for right-click pop up. 
  • Page Down to scroll the window down. 
  • Page Up to Scroll the window up. 
  • Home and End to navigate menus and files, to start and end. 
  • Wake up, Sleep, n Power (literally known). Respectively to wake up from sleep, sleep on the computer and turn off the computer power. 

Two Button Shortcut 

  • Logo Windows + E to open the explorer program 
  • START + R computer shortcut to open Run 
  • START + U to call the Utility function. 
  • START + D or M for Show desktop. 
  • START + F for Find 
  • START + L for Log On / Log Off. 
  • START + Pause Break for Computer Properties 
  • ALT + TAB for active program swith 
  • SHIFT + TAB to switch the active program (backwards) 
  • ALT + Letter for the shortcut menu according to the underlined letter. Example ALT + F for the File menu. 
  • Ctrl + A to select All. 
  • Ctrl + B for Bold letter. 
  • Ctrl + C for Copy. 
  • Ctrl + D for Font option in MS Word. 
  • Ctrl + E for Align Center. 
  • Ctrl + F for Find. 
  • Ctrl + G for Go to in MS Office 
  • Ctrl + H for Find and Replace. 
  • Ctrl + I for italic letter or Import file. 
  • Ctrl + J for Align Justify. 
  • Ctrl + K for Insert Link.
  • Ctrl + L to create a list in MS Excel. 
  • Ctrl + M to add margins in MS Word. 
  • Ctrl + N to create a new file. 
  • Ctrl + O to Open file 
  • Ctrl + P to print file. 
  • Ctrl + Q (rarely used) but can reset line spacing in MS Word. 
  • Ctrl + R for Reload page, Right align in MS Word. 
  • Ctrl + S for Save 
  • Ctrl + T to open a new tab in the browser or add indent in MS Word. 
  • Ctrl + U to make underline letter or view source in the browser. 
  • Ctrl + V to Paste. 
  • Ctrl + W for Close window. 
  • Ctrl + X for Cut. 
  • Ctrl + Y to redo or delete in MS Excel 
  • Ctrl + 1 in MS Word to adjust line space 1 or open cells format in MS Excel. 
  • Ctrl + 2 in MS Word to adjust line space 2 or make the bold font in MS Excel. 
  • Ctrl + 3 to make italic in MS Excel. 
  • Ctrl + 4 to underline letters in MS Excel. 
  • Ctrl + 5 on MS Word to adjust line space 1.5 or strikeout (letter streak ) in MS Excel. 
  • Ctrl + 6 is a shortcut key most often used to switch to the sixth tab in a browser
  • Ctrl + 7 to bring up the standard menu.
  • Ctrl + 8 for Show Outline in MS Excel. 
  • Ctrl + 9 to hide a column in MS Excel. 
  • Ctrl + 0 to hide row in MS Excel. 
  • SHIFT + Cursor to Block selected file / area. 
  • SHIFT + F3 in MS Word for transform capital text, lowercase etc. 
  • SHIFT + F5 = Ctrl F. 
  • SHIFT + F10 to pop up / right click the mouse.
